Life feels more hopeful when you make the choice to see recovery as an option to improve the quality of your life. Recovery is about identifying dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors and replacing them with thoughts and behaviors that bring resilience, well-being, and meaning to your life. Recovery builds a foundation where self-esteem, confidence, trust, healthy relationships, and self-respect can be a reality.
Benefits of Therapy
Therapy can give you the support, direction, and information you need to begin and maintain sobriety and recovery. I have worked with hundreds of people who have experienced freedom from Alcohol and Drug addiction. Follow the steps and your life can change.
I can also assist you with various resources and support groups for different levels of recovery, if you so desire. These include detox centers, in-patient centers, out-patient centers, interventionists, A.A. meetings, and other services to enhance your progress.
I support those who recover using a 12 Step model, but I also use the Smart Recovery Model, for those who don’t relate to a higher power model.
